To apply for admission read following instructions and click on below checkbox and Go button.
Instruction 1=>
Please keep scanned copy (jpeg file of size upto 100MB) of following original documents ready before filling online admission form :

Instruction 2=>
Admissions will be cancelled in case of :
1. Not submitting the required documents in time.
2. Submission of Fake or incorrect documents.
3. Admission gained through unfair and objectionable practices detected at any stage during the tenure of admitted programme.
4. Failing to fulfill required eligibility criteria of the programme.
Instruction 3=>
Please fill the form carefully as there is not update facility developed right now due to COVID. Also each candidate should fill his form by entering the site again. If a candidate has filled the form and wants to fill his/her friends form please enter the site again instead of going back. Each candidate is being assigned unique Application no.
Instruction 4=>
Read all instructions carefully and click on below checkbox and Go button. After clicking the below "Go" button, select the programme, class and fill the application form. All the fields marked with '
*
' on the forms are compulsory to fill. After submitting the personal details, academic details form will appear. After filling the academic details, print the Application form report and keep the printed copy safely near you. Once the applicant's documents are verified by College authority, email will be sent to the applicant from "
admissions@hvpm.org
" for confirming admission. On filling the fee payment details from the above left corner link i.e. "Confirm Verified admission". Admitted students should again print their application form with fee payment entry and keep safely.
